Minimal technical data related to service security (logging of an anonymised fingerprint of the IP address to prevent abuse).
This site sets no tracking cookies, contains no advertising trackers and loads no resources from third-party servers.
Purposes and legal basis
The form data is used exclusively to answer your request and for the resulting commercial follow-up. The legal basis is your consent (checkbox) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received.
Retention period
Contact messages are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted. You can request early deletion at any time.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. It is hosted in the European Union and only accessible to GMC Information Technology.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object regarding your data. To exercise it, write to contact@gmcit.be — reply within 30 days.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
